ah yes - boom...the sound we hear often in our house now. with one walking (toddling) baby and one working very hard on taking his own, independent steps we are often hearing bumps, thuds, and tears...Jared has already had 2 very small black eyes and Caleb now has a small abrasion on his head from a fall at the park yesterday...
friday night we were standing in the kitchen well after bedtime...then we heard a thud...silence...screaming. we walked in to find Jared sitting on the floor. uh...on the floor? yup that's my boy, 13 months old and crawling (climbing) out of his crib...
while it's crazy and there are some tears involved this stage in the boys' development is awesome!
